Cool place

Hvar island is the sunniest island in Adriatic as it is shown by many statistics. It's covered by many pine forests and other vegetation: this is one of biggest particularities that differce it from  other, mostly barren, places. Lavander, olive trees and vineyards are common also because winter temperatures are the most mite of the Adriatic.

The most important particularity of Croatia is the food: it's almost everything naturally producted, so it's very tasty. Choose between lamb and fish specialities: taste fishes, shells and shimps from restaurant's menus. It's all organic and it's so cheap!

Croatia is very cheap for who likes to go out in restaurants or in bars and pubs. Cocktails and cigarettes are extremely cheap everywhere in Croatia. Internal transports are at very low prices. From this year there are low cost flights from all over Europe.

Getting here

Croatia is the right place where to relax: it's not too far and it's sunny and, what's more important, the climate is not too dry: Spring and Summer ar the best seasons to visit us, the Sunny island, the Lavander island.

Beaches
Forget the crowded beaches with people stucked one on the other and the torture of must hear what the neighbour is saying. This kind of beaches exists here too, but there are many others in which the space never lacks and there will not be stresses for mobile phones or radios of the neighbour.

Naturism
The naturism is very fashion in Croatia for many decedes. In the island there are a naturist camps, three official naturist beaches and a lot of places where it's used to do it.

Mondanity
Many VIPs in 2004:  Paul Allen and his jacht, the second biggest jacht in the world, have been the main attractions. Romano Prodi, Benetton and many others every year...

Roads
In optimal state from Starigrad for Hvar city and Jelsa (70-90Km/h). In good state the road that connects Jelsa with the South of the island: Zavala, Ivan Dolac, Sveta Nedelja (50km/h, tight road and with various hairpin curves). From Jelsa to East Sucuraj(estremo of the island) road in bad conditions and dangerous in various points because of strettoie and hairpin curves. Much panoramic one. (40-80km/h)

Freeway
The new freeway from Split has been completed in 2005. Reach  Rijeka and Zagreb in just 3 hours.

.Boats
There are fast boats that connect Italy - Croatia

(Pescara - Hvar)(Pescara - Split) (Ancona - Hvar - Split)

and
Croatia - Hvar
(Split - Hvar)(Rijeka - Zadar - Hvar)

Transports
Busses, taxis, boats are very cheap and there are very good connections between the coast and the islands. There are not train connections in some places. It's possible to rent a car or a boat almost everywhere.
